How do I set up a free trial?

NOTE: To sign up for LRS CloudPrint, you must be logged in to your Microsoft® account and have the global administrator role. If you do not have these rights, please contact your Global Administrator and ask them to fill out the “free trial” request here https://account.lrscloudprint.com/sign-up/.
Are there are any prerequisites for LRS CloudPrint?
You will need to have an Azure® Active Directory tenant. For instructions on setting up an Azure® Active Directory, click here for more information.
Is my free trial restricted?
The free trial will run for 30 days and is restricted to 25 users. Your users can print as much as they like during the free-trial period. You can install as many printers and pull printers as needed to test your devices.
What happens when my free trial ends?
You will still be able to login to the Account Management portal to activate a subscription, but you will no longer be able to print.
What happens to my data when my free trial ends?
Your LRS CloudPrint data and printer setup will be kept for 120 days. If you decide to subscribe to LRS CloudPrint, you won't lose any time getting started. If you would like your data purged, please enter a support request via the Account Management portal.

How can I access LRS CloudPrint?
You can subscribe users to LRS CloudPrint. We don't restrict the number of printers defined or the number of print jobs.
What is an LRS CloudPrint user?
Anyone who logs in to LRS CloudPrint, a web client or a mobile app, is counted as a user. This includes those who administer or manage LRS CloudPrint.
What happens if a user has multiple devices?
LRS CloudPrint works on a user basis, not on a device basis. This means you can print from your tablet, phone, laptop or your Mac® as one LRS CloudPrint user.
What are the LRS CloudPrint agreement terms?
The LRS CloudPrint agreement terms will be displayed as part of the sign-up process. The terms will need to be accepted before you can start your free trial. You can access the current agreement terms from within LRS CloudPrint or from here.
