Is my free trial restricted?
A free trial runs for 30 days and is restricted to 25 users. Users can print as much as they like during the free trial period. If you are working with a reseller, your reseller can assist you in your evaluation of the solution and with the installation of printers and pull printers.
What happens to my data when my free trial ends?
Your LRS CloudPrint data and printer setup will be kept for 120 days after your free trial ends. If you would like your data purged prior to then, please enter a support request via the account management portal. If you subscribe to LRS CloudPrint at the end of your free trial period, your data and printer setups will be maintained.
What happens when my free trial ends?
After the end of your 30-day free trial you will no longer be able to print using LRS CloudPrint unless you activate a paid subscription. If you are working with a reseller, your reseller can assist you in selecting and activating the subscription that fits your needs. If you registered for a free trial directly on the LRS CloudPrint site, you can activate a paid subscription in the account management portal.
How do I set up a free trial?
If you are working with an LRS CloudPrint reseller, they can assist you in activating a free trial. If you are not working with a reseller and are accessing the LRS CloudPrint site directly, you can sign up for a 30-day free trial here.
Are there are any prerequisites for setting up free trial of LRS CloudPrint?

Accessing LRS CloudPrint FAQ
What is an LRS CloudPrint user?
Anyone who logs in to the LRS CloudPrint web client or mobile app, is counted as a user (this includes users who have been assigned LRS CloudPrint administrator or service owner roles).
What happens if a user has multiple devices?
LRS CloudPrint works on a per user basis, not on a per device basis. This means that a single LRS CloudPrint user can print from any number of compatible computing devices (tablets, phones, workstations, or laptops) to any number of compatible print devices.
What are the LRS CloudPrint agreement terms?
The LRS CloudPrint agreement terms are displayed as part of the sign-up process. The terms must be accepted to begin a free trial or a paid subscription. Current agreement terms can be accessed from within LRS CloudPrint or from here.
How can I access LRS CloudPrint?
If you are working with a reseller, your reseller can facilitate access to LRS CloudPrint. If you are accessing LRS CloudPrint from the LRS website, start by registering for a free 30-day trial on the LRS CloudPrint sign-up page.
